Short Term: Deposit equal to the lower of the first nights’ accommodation or $50
2 weeks+: 2weeks in advance. Remain 1 week in advance for as long as you wish to stay on.

Servicing Inclusions
2 week+ rate include weekly full service cleaning (bed made with fresh linen, towel and details cleaning).
The rates for 12 weeks + will offer a partial service only in the room.
Add $20 per week if linen replacement is required.
